The Warsworn Conquest mod may be a great choice for any Mount and Blade: Warband and fantasy fan. But the progression in Pendor is pretty next level. They are incredibly effective at keeping foes at bay. Pendor is about the hardest mod I’ve played while still being fun. You need to play with the parameters that control delay, faints, etc. yes, they behave pretty much the same Then you didnt do it right.

Befriend the Noldor before starting your kindom and start it in territory they patrol. At the highest settings, in mods where there are truly elite troops, you will have a very hard time even in duels. Becoming a king by independently storming a stronghold is pretty perilous, but rebelling from a kingdom, with planning and a bit of patience was actually surprisingly easy. Dozens of them backed up by knights and footmen is very very painful.Īll that said, some of the keeps are both easy to storm and easy to hold (Seven Cross is my favorite). Ignoring those, I'd say Pendor can get a bit brutal, I found for these reasons: I've played a few mods that were hard just because they were buggy.
